I’ll be honest, it’s been a long road for me. Following a challenging third divorce, I found myself at a crossroads, grappling with feelings of unworthiness and victimhood.

It was a turning point that led me to delve deeply into personal growth, mindfulness, and nature as avenues for healing. I found a training in coaching, Women-Centered, that transformed me.

Connecting with the great outdoors on hikes, bike rides, and soul-nourishing retreats helped me rediscover my inner strength and establish a profound connection with both nature and my higher self.

I know what it's like to live in relationships that aren't harmonious or happy. My coaching journey began as a personal quest to start standing up for myself, empowering my own life decisions and igniting the desire to heal my heart from a broken past.

I’ve learned that overly giving, people pleasing and not taking care of yourself actually destroys relationships. Who knew, right? But seriously, I didn’t know!

Sure, intellectually we may understand that we should take better care of ourselves. But to really make change, we need more than knowing.

We need to go beyond taking care of ourselves. We need to become ourselves.

It takes real work to transform these patterns. But the good news is that there are tools and techniques that can make the journey much easier.

I have a deep-rooted love for music!

During high school I jammed with a garage band. Growing up in my household, melodies were a medium for connection and expression, and music has been an integral part of my life.

I've found that music serves as an emotional anchor, aiding in emotional regulation and offering a channel for self-expression.
